It's a well known fact that jewish americans run a large part of hollywood. However, most of the ethnic jokes we see in films are jewish jokes. It is probable that this is a way for the Jews that run hollywood to show that they are not jew-bias. It is possible that the jewish jokes we see in the media are a product of a sort of inferiority complex.
